Many booster clubs like to post their meeting minutes online.
You can include these file attachments in two ways:
- Insert a "file attachment" snippet for each file (for every meeting)
- Embed a link in a text snippet - you can show a list of dates of each meeting, and link directly to the uploaded file.
If you want the file to open in a web browser, use a PDF file, or if you'd rather your visitors download the files to their computers, you can use a document format, like .doc.
This page (and any page) can be made private if you only want this information available to team members with a login and password (click on the page's "Properties" from the "Edit Navigation" screen, check the box "Private?").
This content can be easily deleted as you create your own content: go to Manage Site > Edit Page Content and
click on the pencil icon in the upper right corner of each snippet. You may rename, move, or delete this page by going
Manage Site > Edit Navigation; for more information, see our Help Center article here.
